Good ideas, Carolyn! In fact, I have been practicing this rinuote myself for many years, and I have maintained a healthy weight due to it, I'm sure, and I think it also makes me feel more energetic every day. Though your appeal to drop on the floor and do some crunches for those vital abs did not particularly appeal to me this morning, I quickly remembered that it would really only take me a couple of minutes, so I did em anyway! I threw a few leg raises into it, as well, which only took me about 20 more seconds, and I feel terrific now! Ready to take on the world! My energy level has increased significantly, and I feel more positive in general, though my quick ab rinuote took even less time than I thought it was going to! Thanks for the reminder that exercise need not take a lot of time, nor be terribly physically demanding or strenuous.Galen
